I signed in to make and pay a one time fee of 1.97 for a simple cover page and a simple format for the actual resume , 2 pages .

Paid the 1.97 . There was never any subscription , never any re-bill , I even went in on the next day and cancel the news letter !! then a few weeks later these charges show up on my card. 38.60.

I have tried to contact their non existant cust support .

Stay away from these people !! SCAM>SCAM>SCAM !!

You will have to deal with your loss at your card company .Black list them or next month you will go through this again .

While making your resume, view your resume from the point of the employer. Most people focus on putting in everything so much that they forget somebody else is going to review their resume later.

They make resume according to what they have to offer.

But, you should put yourself in the employers’ shoes and then decide what are his needs and expectations from you as a potential employer. This way you will never miss out on important information that needs to be included.
