I had two accounts with them and both of them charging me every month. because they NEVER send a receipt, I totally forget I have two accounts.

I called their customer service When I noticed that, the first thing they said to me was "sorry, but no refund." and then I asked why your company doesn't send me an email to remind me when you charge my money? at least tell me that I can use your service." they said, "I am sorry about that.., but all the charge is legal". even their manager said, "you can make a fraud claim"... what can I say with that?

(I paid a service for 2 years(19.95/month), but even didn't know its existence, what a funny story! even they know I have two accounts, still no refund! )

Their business is only for MONEY, ONCE THE MONEY GONE, IT NEVER COME BACK!

Resume-now must be the most successful company ever!! :)

Yeah they just charged me twice in one month. Said I must have two accounts but a look back at my banking statements show that this is not true.

DO NOT subscribe!! Not worth it.
