My son has tried to cancel his account 3 times now.Via email, calling etc.

And to this day this still have not cancelled it and yet again have taken money out of his account. Not one person has responded to any emails. It appears the only way he can stop the payments is to change his card information. Which again will cost him more money.

Very unprofessional if you ask me. *** his cover letter didn't even save how's that for service from a company that's supposed to help you find a job in your profession. He is now contacting the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint. Tired of these companies taking advantage of people.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site for anything.
