I used this website to help a friend make a resume. I thought I was paying $1.95 for the one-time use.

The next month, a charge for $24.99 appeared on my credit card statement. When I called customer service, I was told they offered a 14 day trail and since I did not cancel within that time, I was obligated to pay. I only used this site that one time, and explained that I had not authorized any ongoing charges.

I believe these "hidden" offers are actually scams.

I also believe in taking responsibility for my own stupidity, however, not without letting others know to be very careful and do not use this company. They will find a way to charge you and hope you will not notice until they have already have your money.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Hidden monthly fee.
