They send me from caller to caller and gave another number to call . It stressed me out . I have to lay down and take my medication. I just wanted to cancel my subscription .

I paid for a one off payment of $2.45 then two weeks later theyve taken $35 out of my account. I did not sign up for a subscription with them though they are saying I did . I asked for evidence that I had signed up for a subscription and they couldnt give me one.
Im going to my bank to report them, utter disgusting and no integrity at all.

Attempted cancelation continued to charge

I paid for one time service and was charged for a month $23.00. When I approached them to cancel the subscription and refund the money for a month which I was not using their website, they said that they didn't guarantee refund.
I have never received any notification of the expiration of the trial or anything.

I approached them shortly after they charged my card - I have never had such an experience with any other service. All online subscriptions can be cancelled and refunded if not used.

It really is a site that cheats people and steals their money.I was only refunded 3 stolen instalments out of 7.From start to finish the service is designed to scam you. They have no other reason than that.Oh, and the service is terrible, you can get free sites that do it better.

I joined thinking it was for free, but as I invested time creating my CV, I was informed that I would be charged a fee, so as not to lose the work I had done so far, I accepted and, to my surprise, I found out that I paid from November until August (sneakily without any warning). They just want to refund three months' pay. This, to me, already shows that they make their money that way.
They steal your card, misuse it, and when you complain, they negotiate to give you some of the money back. But I won't accept anything less than a full refund.

Resume Now refunded $11 of the more than $600 they charged my card. This is not a legitimate service, just a scam to get your bank account information.
Once they get your bank info they will withdraw funds even if you never sign up for ongoing service and even if you call and cancel multiple times. More than $600 in fraudulent charges to my account. Anyone interested in joint law suit?
