This website is an absolute scam. I am a college student who was simply looking for a quality resume builder, which I initially thought I found.

However, after not using the site for months, Resume Now took two payments of $24.99 out of my bank account in a way that was not clearly advertised. They are incredibly sneaky. Apparently these payments can be found in the "terms and conditions," but it was never clearly stated that I would be charged after the initial payment. Now I cannot pay for gas this month.

I feel like crying.

College students cannot afford scams like this. If you're wise you will stay away from this website.

Product or Service Mentioned: Resume Now Subscription.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

I didn't like: Being charged to print the so called free to try resume, Complete waste of my time, Unauthorized billing, Being scammed.

Email them at social@resume-now.com and don't stop until you get a refund. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and get on social media and tell everyone about them and tag them.

You say in your terms of service that te renewal is for an equal time! Now you enrolled me in a 3-months program I do not want, because I just purchased a 7 days acess. That is plain theft!
