First off the word "free" means DONT CHARGE PEOPLE AFTER 2 HOURS OF WORK TOOL! You people are seriously the worst on the internet, i spent a long time working on my first freaking resume only to find out i have to PAY for you throwing out templates microsoft word has.

PLEASE. i would very much like to wish you all a very horrible christmas, may you have to fill out a new resume. and to all the people looking at filling these resumes out with this trashy company just DONT!

There is little surprise that this response is word per word the exact same as other responses left by Anna on complaints in this service. Not only does she shift the blame for the experience on the customer, which shows she should not be involved in customer service at all, but she is so unconcerned with the customer's experience that she doesn't even have the decency to personalize her response.

Instead, cut and paste, cut and paste.

It's nice that Resume Now can waste our time with hours and hours of effort, but the only respect they give us is cutting and pasting a non apology. Disgraceful.
