It deleted my resume instead of saving it to my computer. Called customer service and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help me.
Cancelled my account and was still charged.
No refunds!!! Pissed!

Iโm very sorry that you have had this experience with our service. We have an auto-saved feature.
It will not delete by itself. A deleted information cannot be retrieved, however customers can always create a new resume from scratch with the use of helpful templates and text tuner samples.
Cancellation will stop further charges, however I would like to check your account.
Please contact me directly with the email address you used to create your account or the last 4 digits of the card that used to purchase and card holderโs name so that we can resolve this issue quickly for you. Please email me at anna.b@***r-support.com
